What will your child learn in music class this year?

 

We are building on the foundations of music reading, writing, listening and singing many new songs.  Some of my favorite songs in third grade are: "Chicken on the Fencepost" and "Tideo".  During October, we get to travel to the DSO! In the spring, we will begin to learn the absolute letter names on the staff. We will play a game to help us learn the absolute letter names called “Staff Twister.” It is sure to be a favorite!
